Sweet Bites began as a small wooden cart set up under a canopy — two owners, one dream, and a whole lot of humid Texas afternoons. Omar and Rebeca Jaimes started serving the neighborhood one mini pancake at a time, learning the craft, listening to their community, and slowly building something honest.

What started as a wooden cart is now two food trucks proudly serving Austin. The recipes stayed the same. The care stayed the same. The only thing that changed is how many people got to taste it.
