Omar and Rebeca Jaimes built Sweet Bites from the ground up — through long hours in the Texas heat, hard work, faith, and the support of a community that showed up for them every weekend.
Today, Sweet Bites serves fresh mini pancakes, aguas frescas, smoothies, and tres leches out of Austin's favorite food truck parks. Every bite carries their story.
